1. Shipping Areas
We ship nationwide across South Africa. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
- Gauteng, Western Cape, KwaZulu-Natal: 2-3 business days
- Other provinces: 3-5 business days
- Standard shipping: R99 for orders under R500
- Free shipping: Orders R500 and above
- Cash on Delivery: Available for an additional R70 per order
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during sales, peak seasons, or due to courier delays.
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days. You will receive a tracking number by SMS and email once your order is dispatched.
4. Order Tracking
Track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email or SMS. For delivery issues, contact us within 48 hours.
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is marked as lost by the courier, contact us within 3 days of the expected delivery date with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout. TSM Beauty Cosmetics SA is not responsible for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
